GRIT Talent Consulting is seeking a contract Business Analyst to join a major supply chain transformation project with an ASAP start.

You’ll support the transition to a national distribution centre model, with potential future cross-dock capabilities. The role will focus on business process improvement, requirements management, stakeholder engagement and operational visibility across the supply chain network.

What you will be doing

• Analyse and improve transport, logistics, warehouse and DC processes

• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement

• Gather, document and manage requirements and traceability

• Support reporting, analytics and Power BI initiatives

• Define scope, dependencies, assumptions and acceptance criteria

• Translate business needs into clear delivery outcomes

• Work across Jira and Confluence

What you can bring

• Strong Business Analysis and requirements management experience

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills

• Ability to bridge business and technical teams

• Experience with requirements traceability and feature/epic decomposition

• Jira and Confluence experience

• Supply chain, logistics, transport, warehouse/DC or inventory experience
