PMO Lead | 11–12 Month Contract | Supply Chain Transformation
  
GRIT Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to support a major supply chain network transformation over an initial 11–12 month contract.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead a PMO within a program environment, support and mentor Project Managers, and drive complex transformation initiatives through to completion.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing a PMO team within a broader program structure.

• Supporting Senior Project Managers and project teams to deliver key transformation initiatives.

• Providing governance, reporting and oversight across the program.

• Coaching and mentoring Project Managers to strengthen delivery capability.

• Working closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, taking ownership of solutions through to completion.

• Preparing high-quality, concise PowerPoint presentations for governance forums and stakeholder communications.

• Supporting the delivery of a supply chain network transformation.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and PMO Lead

• Experience leading or managing a PMO team 

• Previous involvement in supply chain network transformations, 

• Strong experience coaching and mentoring Project Managers.

• A hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership of challenges and drive practical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise governance and communication packs.
