We are currently seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Project Manager with a strong Test Management background.  This role will support a federal government ICT program delivering critical technology initiatives.

This role will have a strong focus on testing, assurance, operational readiness, risk management and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing:

• Support the day-to-day implementation of critical ICT activities

• Coordinate assurance activities including integration testing, end-to-end data flow testing, capacity and load testing, disaster recovery and business continuity testing

• Manage production verification testing and any required external assurance activities

• Assist with resource management to support the delivery of key outcomes

• Provide timely advice to support decision-making, risk mitigation and continuity of business operations

• Support the effective implementation and maintenance of critical IT systems

• Prioritise delivery activities and ensure resources are effectively managed

• Contribute to ICT readiness, preparation and delivery activities

What you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICT projects and delivering to time, cost, quality and scope

• Active Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance is required prior to commencement.

• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering test assurance activities within scheduled timelines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships

• Ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities

• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and stakeholder needs

• Ability to work with limited direction while contributing effectively within a team

Desirable:

Tertiary qualifications or industry-recognised certification in Management, Project Management or a related field.
