Immediate Start | Contract Opportunity | Supply Chain Transformation

GRIT Talent Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Lead with strong Blue Yonder supply chain management system experience to support a major supply chain transformation program.

This is an immediate opportunity for someone with strong functional knowledge across forecasting, replenishment and supply chain planning. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to support critical delivery activities, with the ability to hit the ground running.

What you'll be doing

• Provide functional leadership across forecasting, replenishment and demand planning workstreams.

• Support the delivery of a major supply chain transformation program.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.

• Provide functional expertise across Blue Yonder planning solutions.

• Support solution design, implementation and delivery activities.

• Manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder planning solutions.

• Experience across Demand & Fulfilment (D&F), forecasting and replenishment.

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes.

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation or system implementation programs.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.

• Experience working across business, technology and vendor teams.

• Agile delivery experience.

• Ability to work autonomously and contribute with minimal onboarding.

Highly regarded

• SAP integration experience.

• Merchandise planning or inventory planning experience.

• Australian retail industry experience.

• Experience working directly with Blue Yonder Professional Services teams.
